Open House

Open House is your chance to learn all there is to know about St. Francis High School.  Come spend the afternoon on our campus; learn about our college-prep curriculum, athletics, clubs, and activities; and meet St. Francis students and teachers.  Open House is November 22, 2009 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm - Don’t miss out on this fun day!

Shadow-a-Shark

The "Shadow-a-Shark" Program is a great opportunity for prospective students to visit our campus and spend the day as a St. Francis student. Each Shadow visit is a “half day” at St. Francis where you will view classes, eat lunch with your host, and meet St. Francis students and faculty. The "Shadow-a-Shark" Program begins January 12, 2010, and is open to any applicant with a completed application (Form A and $50.00 fee).  This program is completely optional. The dates listed below are available to Shadow-a-Shark.

If you are interested, please fill out the “Shadow-a-Shark Request” on the inside of the application. Dates will fill up early, so be sure to submit your request early!

Youth & Leadership Days

Experience the Spirit! St. Francis 7th Leadership Days and 8th Grade Youth Days are retreat days at our property on the beach in Seascape; Camp St. Francis. This is the same property frequently enjoyed by St. Francis students for retreats and beach days throughout the year.  Students spend the day at a retreat sponsored and run entirely by current members of the St. Francis Youth Ministry Core Team. The serene and pastoral location is the perfect setting for a fun-filled day spent playing and praying together in an effort to explore our spirituality as well as examine prominent issues in the lives of teens

Only select local Catholic 7th and 8th grades currently participate in St. Francis Youth and Leadership Days. If your school does not currently participate, talk to your teacher or principal about getting involved!

Interviews

The admissions committee, in cooperation with the faculty and administration at St. Francis, conducts interviews as a prerequisite of acceptance.  Each interview lasts 15-30 minutes and consists of an interview with the applicant and a family interview.  Interviews will be held Saturday, February 6, 2010, as well as selected evening appointments the week of February 8 , 2010, by appointment only.
