Congratulations to the St. Francis Men's basketball team with their 53-42 win over Soquel to make them 10-3 on the season and 3-1 in SCCAL play. The women's team fell 39-33. In the Women's game Soquel jumped out to a big 19-9 lead early and the Sharks came all the way back to tie it at 33 in the 4th quarter until Soquel pulled away late. The Sharks women's team next plays Saturday at noon at Notre Dame Salinas.
For the men's win over Soquel Andrew Seymour had a huge night with 15 points. Jason Gallo had 18 points on the night, Chase Watkins had 8, EJ Kelly had 7 and Joseph Ramirez had 5. The Sharks host Marina Friday night at 7 pm in a non league game. Come out and support your Sharks!
