The Associated Student Body consists of all students at St. Francis. The Student Council is its elected officers, each elected to serve a one-year term. Elective offices are president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, spirit commissioner, and class presidents from each of the four classes. A member of the Campus Ministry Team serves ex officio on the Council.

The Student Council is charged with a variety of on-campus and off-campus events, including dances, class competitions, spirit-generating rallies, and community service drives. Campus clubs are regulated by Student Council.

A Faculty Moderator directs the Council in its activities. Election of officers takes place in May of each year. Freshman class elections are held in September.
