All parents and guardians of students attending St. Francis are members of the St. Francis Association.
The group assists the school with community-building and fundraising activities of the school. It also undertakes programs of education helpful to parents. Its single largest undertaking is the annual Festival, held the last Sunday of April each year.
General meetings of SFA are open to all parents and occur in alternating months.
Officers of the SFA are selected at the group's year-ending meeting. The officers for 2008-2009 are as follows:

The Booster Club is an auxiliary organization to the SFA, designed to provide assistance to the Department of Athletics on Campus. Its primary activities include game management and concession assistance and fundraising activities in support of athletics. The Booster Club meets immediately after each general meeting of the SFA.
