ASB

Student Leadership tasked with leading students in student activities that include liturgies, rallies, spirit week, dances, and feast days. Included in ASB are Campus Ministry, Christian Service, Student Council, and Varsity Council.

BINGO

The largest fundraiser for the school is Bingo. Every student receives a tuition break because of the SFHS Bingo program. All freshmen parents work it as well as families on merit-based or need-based assistance. It is held across the  street at OLHC every Friday night.

C Period

Collaboration Period (for meetings, liturgies, staff meetings, All School Studies, guest speakers, B4P practice and prep, etc.)

Central Coast Section of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) for playoffs in sports

CEPC

Council of the Educative Pastoral Community. A council comprised of parents, alumni, students, professed Salesians, SF faculty and staff,  and community members that guide the spiritual and ministerial life of the school.

His goal was to form honest citizens and faith-filled and fully human women and men of the future, with the love and energy of Jesus Christ

SYLC

Salesian Youth Leadership Conference. Students learn the fundamentals of leadership in a salesian environment. This highly coveted 6-day conference takes place at Camp St. Francis in Aptos, CA.

VAPA

Visual And Performing Arts (Includes choir, drama, drawing, painting, drumline/pep band, and the performing arts)

WASC

Western Association of Schools and Colleges - the accreditation organization for elementary schools, high schools, and colleges -  works in conjunction with WCEA (SF will host a visiting team in March 2018 to renew our accreditation.)

WCEA

Western Catholic Education Association - work in conjunction with WASC to accredit Catholic schools  (SF will host a visiting team in March 2018 to renew our accreditation.)
