Sharks Cross Country Place 5th and 6th at CCS

Congratulations to the St. Francis Cross Country teams as the girls finished 5th in CCS and the boys finished 6th in the CCS meet at Toro Park in Salinas. For the girls sophomore Camryn Ryan finished 13th overall and just a few spots away from qualifying for the state meet. Junior Angelika Castro finished 17th overall, junior Riley Croghan finished 22nd overall, senior Olivia Burke finished 56th overall and junior Natalie Henn finished 67th overall for the Sharks.
 
The boys side junior EJ Kelly V finished 3rd overall and qualified for the state meet for the 3rd year in a row. Sophomore Paul Kane finished 28th, senior James Young finished 36th, freshmen Brandon George finished 47th, junior Mathieu Morin finished 65th, junior Miguel Aguilar finished 68th and senior Jason Gallo finished 81st. We'd also like to thank the Cross Country seniors as they ran their final race for the Sharks. Your school and community are very proud of your accomplishments and the way you represented our school so well. Go Sharks!
