We are excited to provide you with an update on our Comprehensive Campaign. With the goal of elevating the value and opportunities for our students, St. Francis launched a comprehensive campaign in 2018 that includes the annual fund, planned giving, establishing an endowment, and the VISION capital campaign.
St. Francis has been growing its annual fund and raising money in the “silent phase” of its VISION capital campaign. Our capital campaign fundraising efforts for 2019-2020 yielded pledged and collected dollars exceeding $783,000. Now we are ready to go public with our VISION campaign efforts as we’ve reached 76% of our fundraising goal. Phase 1 of the capital campaign is for a new Counseling Center/Administration Building. Part of the total pledged and collected money to date is restricted for Phase 2: installing a state-of-the-art interactive stadium with turf, bleachers, and lines for football/soccer/women’s lacrosse. Going forward, we have been approved by both the Board of Directors and the Corporate Members Board to start.
For future phases in the VISION capital campaign, we will add maker-space classrooms, chapel, performing arts center, food service area, aquatics center, and more athletic facilities like baseball fields and a newly renovated gym to meet the needs of our students and alumni.
We are gratified for the very generous support already shown by our community. Now we are ready to put this phase, “Over the Top” with 100% giving from our St. Francis families. If every family pledges $4,000 or more for 3 or more years we will complete 100% of our fundraising. Consequently, we need your help. Every family who pledges $4,000 or more will get their name on a plaque inside the lobby of the new building with their name on it. You can either donate it all at once or pledge it over 2-4 years.
You can help us complete our final campaign goal and start construction in the 2020 school year! If you have not already done so, please consider making a new contribution to the St. Francis High School VISION Capital Campaign by going to www.stfrancishigh.net/vision/ or contacting Mr. Patrick Lee at [email protected]. Your gift will complete Phase 1 of the current capital campaign.
We again express our gratitude for your support of St. Francis High School. To begin construction this school year, we need everyone to donate. No donation is too small and every dollar counts towards fulfilling the matching pledge and completing the project.
