Second Half Scoring Surge not enough for St. Francis freshmen boys team to overtake Seaside

The St. Francis Sharks go down to Seaside 49-28. The Sharks had a slow start down 17 to 5 at the end of the first quarter that they could not come back from. In the 2nd half the Sharks offense came to life sparked by a three pointer by Sergey DuBeau. Leading the way for the Sharks was Joseph Kovacs who scored 12 points on the day and post man Richie Martinez led the team in rebounding once again and scored 6 points. The Sharks freshmen team takes the floor again on Friday December 20th vs. Salinas at 1:30 pm at Salinas High School.
