For the second time in two weeks, the Lady JV Sharks faced their cross-county rivals, Santa Cruz, in the semifinals of the Santa Cruz JV Basketball tournament. All twelve players saw action in the game and the Sharks won big, 45-17. Mackensie Mitchell led the Sharks in scoring with 13 points, Ashlind Martinez had 10 points, and six other players scored at least two points. The Sharks will face a tough challenge on Saturday as they play Valley Christian in the championship game.
