Congratulations to seniors RJ Zuniga and Aidan Daily of our St. Francis boys soccer team. RJ Zuniga has been given the award of SCCAL Goalie of the Year and Aidan Daily received Co-Defensive Player of the Year in the SCCAL. Both student/athletes excel in the classroom and are multi-sport athletes.
Making Zuniga's award even more impressive is that he is a first year varsity soccer player for the Sharks. Zuniga had excellent seasons in football as he led the defense in tackles as a senior and had an excellent junior year on the baseball diamond as a starting outfielder on the Sharks 2013 league championship team.
Daily also had excellent seasons on the football field as he was a member of the 2012 All SCCAL football team and also had a tremendous senior season.
