Congratulations to St. Francis junior Sonja Shumake for being named to the first team of the All SCCAL girls basketball team. Shumake averaged team highs in points (12.4), rebounds (8.6), assists (2.1), steals (3.4), and blocks (1.3) while leading the Sharks to a CCS Championship and the second round of the NorCal tournament. Sharks head coach, Randy Braga, was named co-coach of the year for his efforts this season.
Other St. Francis girls that were honored were Senior Amber Martinez who was named 2nd Team All SCCAL, Sophomore Cameron Croghan was named 3rd Team All SCCAL and Junior Jessica Ward earned Honorable Mention All SCCAL.
