Current 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students living in the Central Coast area are welcome to participate in the first St. Francis Middle School Strength & Conditioning Program. The program is designed to give young student/athletes a basis for olympic lifting techniques, speed, plyometric and agility training to give young student/athletes an edge when they compete in high level athletics. The first session begins on May 5th and runs each Monday and Thursday evening from 6:30-7:30 until May 29th. There will also be training sessions in June and July.
