The June Middle School Strength & Conditioning Session is Almost Here!

With the successful May session about to end it's time to get ready for June.

The program is designed to give young student/athletes a basis for olympic lifting techniques, speed, plyometric and agility training to give young student/athletes an edge when they compete in high level athletics. The first session begins on June 2nd and runs each Monday and Thursday evening from 6:30-7:30 until June 26th. There will also be a training session in July.
