St. Francis Class of 2010 graduate Ty Sambrailo is about to find out where his new home will be this coming weekend. The long process that began at the Senior Bowl in Mobile, AL in January where NFL teams got an up close look at Sambrailo. Then the journey took him to the Indianapolis Scouting Combine and then to private workouts for NFL teams. The journey is about to come to a close and Sambrailo can begin to get to work with his NFL team in preparations for the 2015 season.
The NFL draft will be televised on ESPN and the NFL Network this Thursday through Saturday and will be held in Chicago. Round 1 will be Thursday April 30th beginning at 5 pm Pacific Time. Rounds 2 and 3 will be Friday May 1st beginning at 4 pm Pacific Time finishing with rounds 4-7 on Saturday May 2nd beginning at 9 am Pacific Time.
