Congratulations to the St. Francis Sharks girls basketball team on their 48-43 win over Pajaro Valley in the first round of the Watsonville Tournament. The Sharks will play tomorrow at 6:30 pm vs the winner of San Benito and SLV.
Leading the way for the Sharks were the dynamic duo of seniors Janessa Yniguez and Tanya Gallo. Gallo had 17 points on the night and Yniguez had 16 and a whole bunch of assists. Grace Kovacs had 5 points and Audrey Hernandez had 5 as well. Go Sharks!
