13 years of coaching competitive softball, high school softball, and travel softball.
2 years coaching at St. Francis (1 year as assistant coach, 1 year as head coach)
Philosophy:
"Be better than you were yesterday", which means we are dedicated to consistent improvement on a daily basis. This practice applies to softball skills, fundamentals, and athleticism, but also carries over to attitude, academics, leadership and life.
