Student Life

Welcome to Student Life
We build our campus life around the theme and implementation of the Oratory Model.

The Oratory is a place, an attitude and a method.
  • it is a home where young people can feel welcome, safe and peaceful
  • it is a school where life skills are learned
  • it is a church, a place of prayer and spiritual development
  • it is a playground where fun and joy celebrate life

Daily Routine
The school day begins at 7:50 a.m. and ends at 2:30 p.m.

At the end of the school day, students have the opportunity to "tutorial" in subjects where they may need more clarification and extra assistance.  Teachers and volunteer peer tutors offer input and assistance in all subject areas.

International students are encouraged to participate in school activities that will enhance their daily learning experiences.  Sports teams, music and theatre programs and student clubs are opportunities that take place after students are dismissed from academic periods.

School-wide activities that include all grade levels are planned to offer opportunities for uniting the students in fun and community service.  Dances, rallies, competitions, excursions and community service projects are a few examples of these activities.
