Please read the following four documents, you will be required to e-sign a statement during the enrollment/re-enrollment process saying you have read them.

2. The Student Family Handbook
3. Computer, Internet, Social Media, and iPad Acceptable Use Agreement
4. Student Concussion Protocol and participation regulations PE/Sports

 

Please download the required forms BELOW and submit to the registrar in the main office. Your enrollment/re-enrollment is not complete until you have completed this step. Thank you
